This workshop identifies best practices in federal grant proposal project management including developing a work plan and your work team. Participants learn about the organizational capacity needed to successfully complete a federal grant proposal, how to assess and document your community’s needs,  and how to develop a time line for the successful completion of all aspects of the proposal.

As part of our commitment to Illinois non-profits and local government units, IRN strives to keep registration costs at a minimum, presenting most workshops and online courses for free. If you register for a free event, it is your responsibility to inform IRN of any necessary cancellations or substitutions within 48 hours of the event date. This will ensure that interested participants who were not able to register due to capacity limitation have an opportunity to attend.
